Cloud scaling refers to the process of adding or removing the cloud computing resources as per the requirements of the user. Cloud infrastructure and platforms are priced on a utility model, i.e. the user is billed for the used resources at a very granular and level. This enables cloud services, systems, and application to be scaled up and down for meeting the user demands.
