When running the virtualization process of P2V physical machines we may have the error 13243.
The error occurs due to malfunction of the Volume Shadow Service (VSS) due to SID resolution problem.
To solve the problem run the register (regedit) and open the following key:
‘HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE \ SOFTWARE \ Microsoft \ Windows NT \ CurrentVersion \ ProfileList’
Opening the delete key specifies the profile identified by the end. Bak (SID.bak).
After removal of the profile rerun the job.
