ESDS ranks as the 2nd Great Place to Work in India
ESDS is honored to receive the 2nd Rank this year in India’s Top 50 Great Mid-sized Workplaces, awarded by internationally acclaimed Great Place To Work Institute, India. The awards ceremony held at The Four Seasons in Mumbai unveiled ‘Top 50 India’s Great Mid-Size Workplaces’ for 2019 on 19th July, Friday.
“It was always about making ESDS an ideal work environment, where employees trust each other and feel proud to work for an organization which cares about them. As a leader I believe it is very important to listen to your employees and give them the freedom to work their way and so I listen and make positive changes in our organization very frequently”, said Mr. Piyush Somani (Founder, CMD & CEO. ESDS) when asked about being ranked as No 2 in this year’s ‘Top 50 India’s Great Mid-size Workplaces’.
