ESDS appoints Dr. Chandra Mauli Dwivedi as new Chief Human Resource Officer
ESDS recently announced that Dr. Chandra Mauli Dwivedi has joined ESDS as Chief Human Resource Officer (CHRO) and will be based in firm’s headquarters in Nashik. Prior to joining ESDS, he was affiliated with Fazlani Group of Companies and Datamatics Group of Companies where he was working as a Group CHRO and President & Global Head - Corporate HR and CSR respectively. Dr. Dwivedi has a long standing proven track record in multiple areas such as HR, CSR, Outsourcing, IPO, M & A, research & consulting functions; as he has over 27 years of combined experience.
Reporting to Piyush Somani, CMD and Group CEO, ESDS Software Solutions Pvt. Ltd., Dr. Chandra Mauli Dwivedi will be responsible for all HR related initiatives at ESDS globally.

Dr. Dwivedi has received ‘Young Scientist Award’ which is one of the most prestigious awards granted by Ministry of Science and Technology, Government of India. His other noteworthy awards include ‘JRD TATA HR Leadership Award’, Greatest HR Professional of India, Most Powerful HR Professional of India and ‘Top 30 Most Talented Global HR Leader’ by the World HRD Congress.
Additionally, Dr. Dwivedi is a regular key note speaker / Chairperson/ Panelist in many national and international conferences including CII, FICCI, BMA, NHRD, NASSCOM, NIPM, World HRD Congress etc.
He is an exceptional and frequent contributor for magazines and publications like Economic Times, Business India, IT People, Indian Management, Human Capital, Domain B and Express Computers.
Dr. Dwivedi will oversee all the HR functions and efficiently meet the business goals with his dynamic strategies as his end objective is to transform ESDS into modern and inclusive work environment.
