The question about changing or not changing the ERP arises because it is difficult to deploy a solution in the key sectors of a company. Employees need time to adapt to the new system. - Your ERP provider makes regular visits and evaluates the level of satisfaction?
- The care of your ERP vendor offers the agility needed to solve problems at the desired time?
- Their requests are met or need improvements to go to parallel controls?
- The delivery of your requests do not meet your expectations for desired the term?
- The quality of medical care or support requests lacks the quality improvement that is expected or desired?
