Promoter, Managing Director and Chairman

At the outset of his entrepreneurial journey, a visionary first-generation entrepreneur, Mr. Piyush Somani defined a clear purpose, to create long-term, sustainable value at a national scale. In 2005, Mr. Piyush Somani founded ESDS Software Solution Limited with a bold and unconventional vision, to build a technology institution where organizational purpose outweighs individual prominence and innovation is driven by long-term national and global value. He has been featured extensively in Forbes, Business Today, The Economic Times, Business Standard, Financial Express, Times of India, Moneycontrol, Business Insider and leading television channels such as Zee and ABP News, among others. He was instrumental in introducing ESDS’s Enlight Cloud platform in 2010 and the patented Auto Scaling Cloud Technology. Beyond enterprise success, Piyush leads nearly 1100+ professionals and champions AI, automation, cloud resilience and green technology. He is a TEDx speaker, author of Entrepreneur with the Fire Within and Living in Harmony with the Sun. Under his leadership, ESDS has evolved into a globally recognized Sovereign end-to-end AI Ecosystem provider.

Komal Somani has been instrumental in shaping ESDS into one of India’s most respected technology workplaces, enabling the organization to earn the Great Place to Work certification for six consecutive years and achieve a ranking among Asia’s leading workplaces. As Whole-Time Director, Chief Marketing Officer and Chief Human Resources Officer, she leads two of the organization’s most critical functions - people and brand. Under her leadership, ESDS has built a strong employer brand while fostering a culture of trust, collaboration, inclusion and continuous growth. Every culture initiative, people program and brand-building effort at ESDS reflects her commitment to creating long-term value for employees, customers and stakeholders alike. Her leadership continues to strengthen ESDS’s position as an organization where business excellence and human-centric values go hand in hand. Whole-time Director and Chief Operations Officer

Jitendra joined ESDS in 2024 with a specific mandate - to transform how a fast-scaling sovereign cloud company runs its operations, not just at scale but at depth. His weapon of choice is AI and GenAI-powered process re-engineering, not because the industry is talking about it but because he studied it formally, completing his Post Graduate Program in Artificial Intelligence for Leaders, so he could lead the transformation from the front rather than delegate it from behind a desk. During his previous stints, he has accumulated weight of thousands of decisions made under pressure and across organizations where a single operational failure had downstream consequences measured in crores. It is a signal of the kind of leader he is, one who believes that building strong systems, whether in a data centre or a classroom, is the same discipline applied at different scales. At ESDS, operations are not managed from a distance. Every client commitment, every service delivery, every promise made in a sales conversation runs through the operational chain he commands. He makes sure it holds, every time, without exception.

Chief Technology Officer, Chief Information Officer & Chief Information Security Officer

Sajiv brings over 25 years of cross-industry experience spanning Project Management, IT Infrastructure Operations, Service Delivery, and Solution Architecture across IT, Telecom, System Integration, Big Data, Virtualization, and Cloud. Sajiv holds an Executive MBA in Marketing and a Diploma in Industrial Electronics, combining technical expertise with business acumen. A technology purist at heart, he is known for his ability to deep-dive into complex systems, implement scalable solutions, and champion emerging technologies across the organization. His leadership is anchored in precision, persistence, and collaborative execution consistently translating strategy into measurable outcomes

Sameer Redij

Chief Business Officer

Sameer Redij is the Chief Business Officer of our Company. He joined our Company on August 4, 2021. He holds a bachelor’s degree in engineering from the University of Mumbai and a post-graduate diploma in business management from the Indian Business Academy. He has over 13 years of experience in the field of IT and systems. Prior to joining our Company, he was associated with companies such as Twenty Twenty Media Private Limited, HCL Infinet Limited, IBM India Private Limited, Gartner India Research & Advisory Services Private Limited, and CtrlS Datacenters Limited. He is primarily responsible for overseeing the digital sales, presales and sales functions of our Company

N. Sita Ramaiah

N. Sita Ramaiah

Chief Financial Officer

Nadukuru Sita Ramaiah is the Chief Financial Officer of our Company. He joined our Company on October 31, 2022. He holds a bachelor’s and a master’s degree in commerce from Sambalpur University and Berhampur University respectively. He has also cleared the intermediate examination held by the Institute of Cost and Works Accountants of India. He has experience of more than 27 years in the field of finance. Prior to joining our Company, he was associated with RMSI Private Limited as an Assistant Manager (Accounts), R- Systems International Limited as Manager Finance, Open Solutions Software Services Pvt Ltd as Manager- Accounting, Microsemi India Private Limited as the India Financial Controller., ZF India Technology Center as the Finance Head and Advanced System in Package Technologies Private Limited as the Director-Finance. He is primarily responsible for overseeing the finance, domestic billing, and purchase functions of our Company.

Gaurav Godse

Gaurav Godse

Chief Artificial Intelligence Officer

Gaurav serves as the Chief Artificial Intelligence Officer of our Company and has been associated with the organization since June 15, 2015. He holds a bachelor’s degree in Engineering from University of Pune and brings over 10+ years of experience in information technology and systems management. He has led large scale initiatives such as Smart Metering, Smart Cities, and PMO driven transformations, bringing deep expertise in advanced AI infrastructure including NVIDIA SuperPOD deployments, GPU as a Service (GPUaaS) framework, and enterprise AI platform development. As Chief Artificial Intelligence Officer, he is responsible for the formulation and execution of the Company’s AI strategy, overseeing the development, integration, and deployment of artificial intelligence and machine learning solutions across products, platforms, and operational ecosystems.
