Sushil Kadu is a distinguished technology and product leader with over two decades of experience spanning enterprise technology, cloud infrastructure, artificial intelligence, global engineering and large-scale digital transformation.
As Chief Product Officer at ESDS Software Solution Limited, he spearheads product strategy, innovation, architecture and engineering excellence, driving the development of next-generation cloud and AI-powered enterprise platforms.
Sushil began his professional journey with Tata International in 2004, contributing to enterprise systems and SAP-enabled business transformation. During his tenure, he established and scaled global technology delivery centres across the Philippines, Mexico, Brazil, Canada and the United States, supporting leading telecommunications organisations, including T-Mobile, AT&T, Bell Canada, Globe Telecom and Vodafone Group. Throughout his career, Sushil has demonstrated expertise in enterprise architecture, platform engineering, cloud optimisation, intelligent automation and AI-driven operations.
He has led large-scale technology transformation initiatives, leveraging intelligent automation, Site Reliability Engineering and FinOps to enhance operational excellence, strengthen infrastructure resilience and deliver significant improvements in efficiency and cost optimisation. He is also a co-inventor of a granted US patent for an AI-powered enterprise translation solution. His vision is to empower enterprises to build anywhere, deploy anywhere and operate as one, enabling sustainable innovation and long-term business growth.
