Venkatesh Natarajan is an Independent Director of our Company and a senior technology and business transformation leader with over 35 years of experience across industry, technology and Digital Transformation. He previously served as President – IT & Chief Digital Officer of Ashok Leyland Limited, where he spent over two decades in leadership roles and played a key role in driving Enterprise-wide Digital Transformation, Technology modernization and the development of a data-driven culture. He brings over 25 years of experience in technology-led business transformation, with expertise spanning Digital strategy, Enterprise technology, Artificial Intelligence, data and analytics, business process transformation and technology governance. He served on the Global Advisory Board of Hewlett Packard Enterprise (HPE) from 2015 to 2021 and was a Director on the Board of Hinduja Tech Limited for five years. He is a Visiting faculty in premier academic institutions like ISB, IIM & IIT Madras. He holds qualifications in Mechanical Engineering, Engineering Management and Business Administration, and a Master of Technology (M.Tech.) in Maintenance Engineering, in addition to qualifications in computer programming and software engineering..
