Sameer Redij leads ESDS’ revenue, business growth, sales, product and solution development with one operating belief — No Excuses. No Limits.
His career spans India’s IT, cloud, data center, advisory and digital transformation ecosystem, with leadership experience across IBM India, Gartner India Research & Advisory Services, CtrlS Datacenters, HCL Infinet, Twenty Twenty Media and EvolutionCo. This has placed him on both sides of the technology decision table — advisor, revenue leader, transformation partner and business builder.
At ESDS, Sameer brings a field-tested understanding of what wrong business technology decisions cost: downtime, compliance exposure, business disruption, vendor lock-in and lost trust. His mandate is to help Enterprises, Government, PSUs, BFSI and regulated organisations make decisive choices across infrastructure, applications, services and AI that protect operations, strengthen digital backbone and deliver measurable value.
As Chief Business Officer, he drives high-value revenue, enterprise and government growth, outcome-led sales, sovereign cloud, AI infrastructure & operations, managed services, cybersecurity and our extensive sovereign solutions portfolio.

Sameer holds a Bachelor’s degree in Engineering from the University of Mumbai and a Post Graduate Diploma in Marketing, IT and e-Business. Over the years, he has received several recognitions, including Gartner Winner Circle awards for business excellence and performance, IBM’s Global ibm.com CEO award, and multiple performance awards during his tenure at HCL Infinet.
Beyond business, Sameer brings the same intensity to life. He is an adventure sports enthusiast with several bungees, skydives, paraglides under his belt. He is a half marathoner, cyclist, trekker, traveller & photographer. His personal discipline mirrors his professional mission — push limits, own the challenge, and finish what is started.
