Jitendra joined ESDS in 2024 with a specific mandate: transform how a fast-scaling sovereign cloud company runs its operations, not just at scale, but at depth. Where most operational leaders inherit a playbook, Jitendra wrote a new one. His weapon of choice is AI and GenAI-powered process re-engineering, not because the industry is talking about it, but because he studied it formally, completing his Post Graduate Program in Artificial Intelligence for Leaders, so he could lead the transformation from the front, not delegate it from behind a desk.

During his previous stints at Wipro, Vodafone, ConnectWise, Jitendra has accumulated weight of thousands of decisions made under pressure and across organizations where a single operational failure had downstream consequences measured in crores, not ticket counts. That kind of experience doesn’t come from reading case studies. It comes from being accountable for outcomes that couldn’t afford to go wrong.

He also serves on the board of Pi Jam Foundation, a nonprofit taking quality computer science education to children across India who would otherwise never access it. That is not a footnote. It is a signal of the kind of leader he is, one who believes that building strong systems, whether in a data centre or a classroom, is the same discipline applied at different scales.
