Prasad Deochand Deokar is the Company Secretary and Compliance Officer of our Company. He joined our Company on July 13, 2022. He is an associate member of the Institute of Company Secretaries of India and holds a bachelor’s degree in law from the University of Pune. He has over nine years of experience in the field of secretarial compliance. Prior to joining our Company, he was associated with Ashoka Buildcon Limited as a Company Secretary (Asst. Manager) in Accounts & Finance department and with Voltaire Leasing & Finance Limited as Company Secretary and Compliance Officer. He is primarily responsible for ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements, corporate governance standards, and legal obligation functions of our Company.
