ESDS Sovereign Infrastructure Footprints

Built Here. Rooted Here. Running Here.

ESDS operates Indian-owned data centers across strategic locations in India, supporting enterprise, BFSI, government and mission-critical digital infrastructure workloads. Each facility is operational, Tier III certified and built for sovereign infrastructure, regulatory alignment and long-term operational continuity.

Nashik

Nashik

  • Where the Underdogs Built the Benchmark

Nobody expected ESDS’s sovereign cloud story to begin in Nashik. That was the point. No legacy to protect. No playbook to follow. Just a team building sovereign cloud and data center infrastructure long before the market started talking about digital sovereignty. What emerged here became the foundation of ESDS’s sovereign infrastructure footprint across India. Our largest facility. Our deepest operational capabilities. The backbone supporting enterprise, BFSI, government and mission-critical workloads. From here. Still from here.

DC-Mumbai

Navi Mumbai

  • Planned City. Unplanned Downtime? Never.

Built from scratch to support the scale, density and operational pressure Mumbai outgrew. Navi Mumbai was India’s urban experiment and it worked. This data center was built with the same intent: for workloads where uptime is measured in business impact, where a second of downtime costs and nobody in the boardroom finds it funny.

DC-STPI-Bengaluru

STPI Bengaluru

  • The City That Argues About Tech at 2 AM. We Keep the Servers Running While They Do.

India’s startup capital. Its “we’ll disrupt that” capital. Bengaluru runs demanding workloads and demands demanding infrastructure. Built for density. GPU-ready. IoT-monitored. Designed for enterprises, platforms and digital businesses that operate around the clock. The city never sleeps. Neither does this data center.

DC-STPI-Mohali

STPI Mohali

  • The north is serious about sovereignty. So are we.

Built for reliability, continuity and geographic resilience. Northern India’s enterprises and government workloads needed sovereign infrastructure designed to support long-term operational demands. Maximum geographic separation for disaster recovery pairing. The north is covered.

DC-STPI-Noida

STPI Noida

  • The Capital's Backyard. The Country's Command Center.

Noida sits at the center of northern India’s enterprise and government activity. This facility brings MeitY-empanelled, sovereign infrastructure to workloads that demand compliance without compromise. STPI-registered. Built for density, operational continuity and mission-critical deployments. Sovereign, where it matters most.

DC-STPI-Kolkata

STPI Kolkata

  • The east runs deep. So does this infrastructure.

India's eastern enterprises, government bodies and financial institutions run serious workloads. This facility brings sovereign, compliant infrastructure to match. Built for the institutions that have always defined this city. The east, covered right.

Regional by presence. Sovereign by design. Choose your fortress.

Tier III Is Engineering. Here Is The Proof

Tier III certification means concurrent maintainability i.e. infrastructure components can be serviced without impacting live workloads. Here is what that standard looks like inside every ESDS data center. Not on paper. In practice.

Power

Power

  • Dual utility power feeds
  • N+N redundant UPS architecture
  • N+1 automated diesel generator backup
  • Automatic transfer switch with near-instantaneous failover
  • Scalable rack PDUs from 3kW to 20kW
  • Zero single point of failure

Not designed to recover from failure, designed to never experience it.

Cooling

Cooling

  • Precision CRAC units with N+1 redundancy
  • Hot and cold aisle containment
  • Under-floor plenum distribution
  • IoT-based DCIM temperature and humidity monitoring
  • Enhanced thermal management zones for GPU and high-density compute racks

Your hardware runs at the temperature it was designed for. Always.

Structured Cabling

Structured Cabling

  • OM4 multimode and OS2 single-mode fibre
  • Cat6A copper throughout
  • Colour-coded, labelled and fully documented
  • Hot and cold aisle separation maintained at cable tray level

Nothing improvised. Nothing undocumented. Every cable has a name, a path and a reason.

Connectivity

Connectivity

  • Multi-Gbps fibre-optic backbone network
  • Multi-homed ISP architecture with BGP full-table routing
  • Carrier-neutral meet-me room
  • Cross-connect and MPLS capable
  • Inter-DC low-latency replication links for active-active DR

No single ISP dependency. Ever.

Fire Protection

Fire Protection

  • VESDA aspirating smoke detection catches fire before it starts
  • Pre-action zoned suppression
  • Fire-rated walls, floors and compartmentalization to BS 476 standards

No water anywhere near your hardware.

NOC and Monitoring

NOC and Monitoring

  • 24×7×365 on-site NOC with DCIM platform integration
  • Real-time telemetry across power, cooling, network and environmental parameters
  • SNMP, Syslog and NetFlow monitoring
  • Predictive maintenance via threshold-based alerting

Not a remote NOC watching dashboards. Engineers on the ground. Always.

Built for Workloads Where a Security Breach Is Simply Not an Option

Physical security is not a feature. It is the first condition of sovereign infrastructure. Every ESDS data center implements seven concentric layers, from the perimeter to the rack. Each layer assumes the previous one has been breached.

Perimeter Security

  • Secured facility boundaries
  • Monitored entry and exit points
  • Surveillance coverage across critical external zones

Controlled Facility Entry

  • Visitor logging and identity verification processes
  • Controlled vehicle and personnel access mechanisms
  • Authorized access management procedures

24×7 CCTV Monitoring

  • Continuous video surveillance across critical facility areas
  • Centralized monitoring and recording systems
  • Security visibility across operational zones

Controlled Access Zones

  • Layered entry systems for sensitive infrastructure areas
  • Restricted access workflows for controlled environments
  • Access designed to reduce unauthorized movement within facilities

Biometric Authentication

  • Biometric-enabled access control for designated zones
  • Multi-level authentication workflows for sensitive infrastructure areas
  • Access restricted to authorized personnel

Zone-Based Access Control

  • Granular access permissions across operational environments
  • Access logging and audit trail visibility
  • Controlled movement across infrastructure zones

Dedicated Deployment Environments

  • Support for isolated or dedicated deployment environments, where required
  • Controlled access procedures for client-specific infrastructure areas
  • Designed to support enterprise security and compliance requirements

Seven layers because a breach at one cannot mean a breach at all.

The workloads that matter most are already here. Is yours?

What to Expect When You Walk In.

01

Where is my data physically hosted ?

All ESDS Akash workloads run on Indian-owned, Indian-operated Tier-IV data centres in Nashik and Bengaluru. Your data never leaves Indian soil — and never falls under foreign jurisdiction (no CLOUD Act exposure).

You can choose primary region, DR region, and an air-gapped sovereign zone — all within India.

02

How is ESDS Akash priced ?

Quotes are issued in INR with no FX exposure. Pricing is consumption-based across compute, storage, network, and managed services — with reserved-instance discounts available for committed workloads.

Customers report a typical 40–60% TCO reduction versus comparable hyperscaler workloads, primarily driven by INR pricing, lower egress costs, and bundled managed services.

03

What certifications does ESDS hold?

ESDS is certified to international and Indian standards relevant to regulated workloads:

  • MeitY empanelled for Government Cloud (GI Cloud)
  • ISO 27001, 27017, 27018 — info security & cloud privacy
  • SOC 1 & SOC 2 Type II
  • STQC certified for defence-grade deployments
  • RBI IT Framework aligned
