Rashmi is a Growth-focused sales, business development and customer success leader, credited with managing and driving revenue from large corporate and governments across Banking, Insurance, Telco, Retail and Airlines industry. With over 23 years if experience in leading sales and growth teams across organizations such as IBM, Zensar, Tally, IFCI, SHRM, Aimia and Perx, she now comes to ESDS to leverage her experience gained specifically in BFSI sector, across India, APAC and Middle East.
Rashmi graduated in masters of business administration from Jiwaji University followed by graduation from IIM Ahmedabad. She strongly believes in the power of co-creation and cohesive working which leads the client to be as responsible for the their success as the delivering organization. A sustainable deal comes only when the client and company are equally invested and this is what Rashmi drives with clients.
