When running the virtualization process of P2V physical machines we may have the error 13243.<\/p>\n

\nThe error occurs due to malfunction of the Volume Shadow Service (VSS) due to SID resolution problem.

\nTo solve the problem run the register (regedit) and open the following key:<\/strong>
\n
\n‘HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE \\ SOFTWARE \\ Microsoft \\ Windows NT \\ CurrentVersion \\ ProfileList’<\/em><\/p>\n

Opening the delete key specifies the profile identified by the end. Bak (SID.bak).<\/p>\n
