As of October 2024, over 5.84 lakh CSCs are functioning nationwide, including 4.63 lakh at the Gram Panchayat level. The project has enabled the delivery of over 800 services ranging from government initiatives to education, telemedicine, and financial services.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Citizen-Centric Digital Service<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Another significant program aiming at making government services more accessible is the Unified Mobile Application for New-Age Governance (UMANG). This smartphone app combines services from various industries, including agriculture, health, education, and retirement. With over 7.12 crore users, UMANG has transformed how citizens interact with government services by offering a uniform platform for quick access and transactions.
