Below mentioned are the procedures and commands to get the APF firewall script removed from your machine with LINUX operating system.<\/p>\n

# \/ Etc \/ rc.d \/ init.d \/ apf stop<\/p>\n

Now remove the files from the APF:<\/p>\n

# Rm-Rf \/ etc \/ apf<\/p>\n

# Rm-Rf \/ etc \/ rc.d \/ init.d \/ apf<\/p>\n

Rm-rf \/ var \/ log \/ apf_log<\/p>\n

Rm-rf \/ var \/ log \/ apfados_log<\/p>\n

Rm-rf \/ usr \/ local \/ sbin \/ apf<\/p>\n

Disable the reading of it:<\/p>\n

# \/ Sbin \/ chkconfig-level 345 apf off<\/p>\n

Open the file below and remove references to the APF cron:<\/p>\n

# Nano \/ etc \/ cron.daily \/ fw \/ etc \/ rc.d \/ init.d \/ apf restart>> \/ dev \/ null 2> & 1<\/p>\n

There, the APF firewall script now is no longer active on your linux dedicated servers.<\/p>\n
