The Gondia District Central Co-operative Bank Ltd. has their registered office at Gondia is an economic power house of Gondia district. Gondia Bank provides banking facilities in Gondia and other parts of Maharashtra.
Challenge
The client needed Facility Management Services for all the hardware in primary Data Center located in Gondia DCCB head office and Disaster Recovery site located at Hyderabad. While Gondia Bank had DC & DR sites in place, there was a lack of operational readiness. Management and maintenance plan was the key requirement for smooth continuation of the business.
Solution
ESDS was chosen for its ability to provide Gondia bank a complete management and maintenance plan, which included, people, policy, equipment, process, technology and support that ensured that the banking business is always protected from malfunctioning. Installation / reinstallation / configuration / resolving issues of applications, databases, operating systems, third party software, load balancing, etc.
Administration of networking equipment / software at main Data Center.
Network Management of all equipment installed at DC.
Security administration of applications and database against unauthorized access, virus checks etc.
