This role involves combining user research, design thinking, and prototyping skills to craft intuitive and engaging user experiences that align with both user needs and business goals.<\/p>\n<p><strong><u>What the Role needs to Achieve<\/u><\/strong><u><\/u><\/p>\n<p>Conduct user research and design user experiences.<\/p>\n<p><strong>ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES <\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>User Research &amp; Discovery<\/strong>: Plan and conduct user interviews, surveys, contextual inquiries, and usability testing to understand user needs, behaviors, and pain points.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Insight &amp; Analysis<\/strong>: Synthesize research findings into actionable insights, identifying behavioral trends, usability gaps, and improvement opportunities across user journeys.<\/li>\n<li><strong>UX Artifacts &amp; Strategy<\/strong>: Develop\u00a0<strong>user personas<\/strong>,\u00a0<strong>journey maps<\/strong>,\u00a0<strong>empathy maps<\/strong>, and\u00a0<strong>task flows<\/strong>to guide product and design decisions.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Wireframing &amp; Prototyping<\/strong>: Create low- to high-fidelity wireframes, mock-ups, and interactive prototypes using tools like\u00a0<strong>Figma<\/strong>,\u00a0<strong>Adobe XD<\/strong>, and\u00a0<strong>InVision<\/strong>to communicate design ideas and flows.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Collaboration &amp; Handoff<\/strong>: Work closely with\u00a0<strong>UI developers<\/strong>to ensure seamless implementation of UX designs using HTML, CSS, and JS. Maintain alignment between design intent and development output.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Validation &amp; Iteration<\/strong>: Conduct usability testing and\u00a0<strong>A\/B testing<\/strong>to validate design hypotheses and refine solutions based on user feedback and performance data.<\/li>\n<li><strong>User-Centered Advocacy<\/strong>: Champion\u00a0<strong>user-first thinking<\/strong>\u00a0throughout the product lifecycle, advocating for accessibility, simplicity, and consistency across all interfaces.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Cloud-Aware Design<\/strong>: Design user experiences tailored for\u00a0<strong>cloud-based environments<\/strong>, including platform dashboards, service configurations, and complex system interactions.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>ESSENTIAL KNOWLEDGE AND SKILLS REQUIRED<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Proven experience in\u00a0<strong>UX research<\/strong>, design, and prototyping across web and cloud-based applications.<\/li>\n<li>Proficiency in\u00a0<strong>Figma<\/strong>,\u00a0<strong>Adobe XD<\/strong>,\u00a0<strong>InVision<\/strong>, and familiarity with\u00a0<strong>HTML, CSS, JavaScript<\/strong>for effective collaboration with development teams.<\/li>\n<li>Strong analytical skills with experience in interpreting user data and supporting design decisions with\u00a0<strong>A\/B testing<\/strong>and usability metrics.<\/li>\n<li>Excellent communication and storytelling abilities to convey user needs and design rationale to diverse stakeholders.<\/li>\n<li>Familiarity with\u00a0<strong>cloud computing concepts<\/strong>and the ability to design intuitive workflows for technically complex products is a plus.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>EDUCATIONAL QUALIFICATIONS<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Bachelor\u2019s degree in Human-Computer Interaction (HCI), Design, Psychology, or a related field.<\/p>\n<p><strong>EXPERIENCE<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>More than 4 years of experience<\/strong><\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>The UX Developer is expected to shape how users interact with the company\u2019s products and services by applying user-centered design principles.
