This role demands a strong grasp of design principles, user experience considerations, and front-end development best practices to deliver seamless and engaging digital experiences.<\/p>\n<p><strong><u>What the Role needs to Achieve<\/u><\/strong><strong><u>\u00a0<\/u><\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Design and develop user interfaces (UIs) for web and mobile applications.<\/p>\n<p><strong>ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>UI Design &amp; Prototyping<\/strong>: Translate design concepts into interactive prototypes using tools like\u00a0<strong>Figma<\/strong>,\u00a0<strong>Sketch<\/strong>, or\u00a0<strong>Adobe XD<\/strong>, and ensure design feasibility with developers and product stakeholders.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Front-End Development<\/strong>: Develop modular, responsive, and maintainable UI components using\u00a0<strong>HTML<\/strong>,\u00a0<strong>CSS<\/strong>,\u00a0<strong>JavaScript<\/strong>, and modern frameworks like\u00a0<strong>React<\/strong>,\u00a0<strong>Angular<\/strong>, or\u00a0<strong>js<\/strong>.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Micro-Frontend Architecture<\/strong>: Contribute to the design and implementation of\u00a0<strong>Micro-Frontend architectures<\/strong>that enable scalable, independent UI module development across teams.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Cross-Platform Optimization<\/strong>: Ensure consistent user experience across\u00a0<strong>browsers and devices<\/strong>, while optimizing for performance and adhering to accessibility (WCAG) standards.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Cloud-Integrated UIs<\/strong>: Collaborate with backend teams using\u00a0<strong>js<\/strong>,\u00a0<strong>ExpressJS<\/strong>, and cloud services to integrate UI with APIs and real-time data streams in\u00a0<strong>cloud-native<\/strong>environments.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Testing &amp; Experimentation<\/strong>: Implement robust\u00a0<strong>unit tests<\/strong>\u00a0using\u00a0<strong>Jest<\/strong>\u00a0or equivalent frameworks,<\/li>\n<li>support\u00a0<strong>A\/B testing<\/strong>, and contribute to UI regression testing pipelines to ensure product stability and data-driven improvements.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Collaboration &amp; Agile Delivery<\/strong>: Work closely with UX designers, product managers, and backend developers in an\u00a0<strong>agile<\/strong>setting to deliver cohesive, user-focused solutions.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Continuous Learning<\/strong>: Stay up-to-date with the latest\u00a0<strong>web development trends<\/strong>, tools, and frameworks, and advocate for UI\/UX best practices across teams.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>ESSENTIAL KNOWLEDGE AND SKILLS REQUIRED<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Strong proficiency in\u00a0<strong>HTML, CSS, JavaScript<\/strong>, and at least one major front-end framework (<strong>React<\/strong>,\u00a0<strong>Angular<\/strong>, or\u00a0<strong>Vue<\/strong>).<\/li>\n<li>Experience with\u00a0<strong>js<\/strong>and\u00a0<strong>ExpressJS<\/strong>\u00a0for front-end and API integration workflows.<\/li>\n<li>Hands-on experience with\u00a0<strong>Figma<\/strong>and UI prototyping tools.<\/li>\n<li>Knowledge of\u00a0<strong>MicroFrontend<\/strong>architecture principles and\u00a0<strong>cloud computing<\/strong><\/li>\n<li>Familiarity with\u00a0<strong>unit testing<\/strong>(e.g.,\u00a0<strong>Jest<\/strong>) and\u00a0<strong>A\/B testing<\/strong><\/li>\n<li>Understanding of performance optimization, responsive design, and web accessibility guidelines.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>EDUCATIONAL QUALIFICATIONS<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Bachelor\u2019s degree in Computer Science, Design, or a related field.<\/p>\n<p><strong>EXPERIENCE<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>More than 4 years of experience<\/strong><\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>The UI Developer is expected to design and develop intuitive, visually appealing, and responsive user interfaces for web and mobile applications.
