Job Description:
  1. Effectively handle, deliver and oversee the learning and professional development of an organization’s workforce.
  2. Equip staff with the latest knowledge, practical skills and motivate them to carry out their work activities effectively. Align  with an organization's goals.
  3. Vendor management. Liaising with managers and interviewing employees at all levels to identify and assess training and development needs & ROIs.
  4. Design and deliver high quality training courses and material.
  5. Ensure training meets business learning objectives.
  6. Conduct training needs analysis to support business objectives delivery.
  7. Support new system rollouts and help increase user adoption.
  8. Continuously work to improve training design and delivery by keeping abreast of industry approaches.
  9. Design training to be delivered using a variety of methods.
  10. Assists managers with the selection and contracting of external training programs and consultants.
  11. Assists with the development of and monitors the spending of the corporate training budget. Maintains employee training records.
  12. Create and execute learning strategies and programs.
  13. Evaluate individual and organizational development needs Implement various learning methods companywide (e.g. coaching, job-shadowing, online training).
  14. Assess the success of development plans and help employees make the most of learning opportunities.
  15. Creating training programs that are aligned with the organization’s objectives and having a strong understanding of what these are.
  16. Working closely with various leaders across the organization and having a full understanding of their units and training requirements.
  17. Having an awareness of the allocated budget and an ability to find solutions in order to implement the required training.
  18. Building relationships with 3rd party training providers.
  19. Managing the development of the HR team from a training perspective.
Desired Skills & Experience:
  1. Ability to translate complex, technical information in a simple way.
  2. Experience in IT training on the skills like Ruby on Rails, Phython, Web development,Oracle, DW/BI, Cloud computing, Enterprise, AWS/Azure analytics. 
  3. Working closely with our engineering team to understand and work with customers implementing large scale missions, big data- Apache Hadoop, Paas, Mapreduce, Deliver workshops on emerging technologies like Machine learning, Artificial intelligence, Cloud Computing (Microsoft azure), Microsoft Office 365, AR/VR.
  4. Management, development and talent training.
  5. Designing variety of training styles.
  6. Building relationships with external suppliers.
  7. Confident in both written and spoken communication with the ability to present to large audiences.
