Job Description:
  • 2 years’ experience in technical writing
  • Experience in designing and writing software documentation
  • Work closely with other writers, program managers, data analysts, marketing, support, and other key stakeholders
  • Define a coherent content
  • Good understanding of end-to-end product/service quality and user experience
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, agile content development model
  • Strong writing and information architecture skills
  • Create high-quality technical documentation for products
  • Contribute to Business Documentation and Marketing Artifacts
  • Creates improved user experience, UI text, error messages, and Document design
  • Review of documents with Stakeholders and update and publish documentation on demand.
Desired Skills & Experience:
  • A minimum of 2 years in a technical writing role
  • Proven experience designing and delivering customer-oriented documentation
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Experience working directly with development teams
  • Knowledge of php/python, cloud services and related technologies
  • Hands on knowledge of Documentation (WORD, EXCEL, PPT) and Diagramming (VISIO) and Wireframing Tools (BALSAMIQ)
  • Experience working in an agile environment 
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, ever-changing environment
  • Knowledge of SDLC.
  • Good problem solving and troubleshooting skills.
