Job Description:
  1. Excellent phone etiquette.
  2. Effective Voice-And-Accent & listening skills.
  3. Ability to speak and write and explain clearly and accurately.
  4. Demonstrate proficiency in typing and grammar.
  5. Knowledge of customer service principles and practices.
  6. Able to manage in-bound call center environment by providing billing & technical problem resolution to end-users, assisting customers through account navigation and troubleshooting email issues.
  7. Willingness to co-operate with others.
  8. Multi-tasking capabilities.
  9. Knowledge of relevant software computer applications and equipment.
  10. Linux/Windows Certifications are preferable (not mandatory).
Desired Skills & Experience:
  1. Excellent Communication Skills
  2. Knowledge of Web Hosting, IT etc.
  3. Customer support skills, confidence and positive attitude
  4. Good Computer knowledge
