Requirement Analysis.

We believe in superior solutions and world class services. Our consulting team will visit you to understand the functional requirement of your business. Thorough understanding of your functional requirement will work as a solid foundation for the end to end solution we will deliver. Service requirements, infrastructure requirement like non IT and IT including servers, database, application, operating system, user load and uptime availability are gathered during this requirement analysis phase.

Design Phase

• Availability : We design our Turnkey Data Center integrating the feature of high availability as per your requirements. When designing for availability, we assume that the installed systems will fail, and therefore configure these systems to mask and recover from component or server failure with minimum application outage. We design our systems ensuring maximum service availability.
• Scalability : A scalable system is one that can handle increasing numbers of requests without adversely affecting the response time and throughput of the system. Our design always supports both vertical (the growth of computational power within one operating environment) and horizontal scalability (leveraging multiple systems to work together on a common problem in parallel). Our Data Center, with its modular design, works as an excellent factor to address growth without major disruptions of services.
• Interpretability : Our engineers always try to design interoperable systems in order to support information flow and integration.
• Security : We always try to provide end-to-end security cover to protect applications, services, data and the infrastructure from intentional, unintentional or malicious attacks or thefts from external or internal entities using Firewalls, IPS/IDS systems, VPN etc.

ESDS has strong business partnerships with many servers and storage networking OEMs. ESDS is always subject to preferential treatment as compared with other players in commercials, material delivery and support due to our excellent track record. Our delivery management team always ensures on time and safe delivery of physical infrastructure components such as UPS and Air-Conditioning System, Fire Detection and Control System, Diesel Generator Units, Lighting system, CCTV Surveillance systems as well as of IT Infrastructure components such as Servers, Networking & Security components, Storage, Software etc.

Implementation

ESDS team of Domain Specialists are responsible for commissioning and testing. We have a specialized project team of network engineers, system administrators, electrical engineers, HVAC engineers, DBA etc. We will plan out the entire implementation phase after discussion with you. After approval of procedures, implementation is carried out using ITIL frame work as per the project plan. We will then provide training once commissioning is completed. Training of installation as well as operations is critical to smooth system operation. Documents which follow the ITIL (Information Technology Infrastructure Library) standards will be provided by us during the training session.

Operations:

ESDS provides physical and IT infrastructure management as per the ITIL framework which includes 24*7*365 monitoring and maintenance of the Data Center along with the additional feature of help desk. Following operations are covered under the operations services.
