Radhika Malik - Head(Human Resources)

Radhika obtained her Masters in Business Administration (Human Resources) and Bachelor of Engineering (Computer Science) from Pune University.

She started her career as part of the Technical Department in ESDS, however owing to her keen interest in HR, she moved to HR Team. She moved on in her career to work for companies like Cadence Design Systems & GE Energy and rejoined ESDS as Sr HR Manager in July 2010.

As the Senior Manager – Human Resources, Radhika has the responsibility of ESDS’s strategic human resources initiatives, practices and operations. She oversees the design and implementation of HR programs and services focused on getting the right people in the right places at the right time to keep ESDS talent engaged and performing at optimal levels to achieve company goals.
