Murtaza graduated from University of Pune in Commerce in the year 2003 and completed DNIIT simultaneously. Following this he also pursued his RedHat Certification for RHEL 4 in the year 2007.
As the CRDO, he not only holds the responsibilities to look after the operations of the research team and focus on introducing the new technologies in ESDS but also to lead the entirely different entity of ESDS, TeamGrowth, which is the Design and Development division of ESDS. He is responsible to plan the technology strategy for the development and take decision for the implementation of internal as well as external projects.
Murtaza keeps strong communication with the sales, Technical Support and the Development team of ESDS to ensure that solution proposed by ESDS to its clients is one of the latest and trusted solution. Due to his strong logic and passion in research he can easily take over the new challenges and come out with desired solution every time. Under his guidelines, the R & D team has developed various solutions for Disaster Recovery with 0 down time, Global Server Load Balancing, Scalable Virtualization, Data Center management portal, SAP, ERP etc. Murtaza has expertise in atomization which has given him an opportunity to contribute in major e-Governance projects executed by ESDS.
Murtaza has contributed immensely with his wide vision to bring all the operations of Design and Development under a standard process of SDLC to ensure 100% success in every project executed by ESDS. Murtaza's managerial skills have helped TeamGrowth to grow at a level where it can now be certified as CMMi level III entity.
Prior to joining ESDS Software Solution, Murtaza worked as a Linux System Administrator with a BPO in Nashik city, being a Team Leader on the project he was responsible for managing the security of Linux servers, patching / compiling the Linux Kernels and maintaining the quality of support. He joined ESDS in March 2007 however was requested to join the Windows Team due to his versatile knowledge of Microsoft Technologies. He accepted it as a challenge and introduced the Windows cluster and Load Balancing technologies, to provide 100% uptime for the premium overseas customers of ESDS.
