It is our great pleasure to inform that we have started offering a server management portal “E-Magic - Server Deployment Portal” in order to best serve our esteemed customers all over the globe. "E-Magic-SDP" is an in-house developed tool for automation of many time consuming server management tasks. It comprises of many innovative features like:-

1. Remote Server Installation Users can reload their servers on one click using this option. User just has to mention the hostname, password partition type etc. Once user press Submit button selected OS will get installed on the Server.

2. Server Power Off / Reset options
If you can no longer access your server due to a possible failure or a software misconfiguration, you can request that the machine be rebooted. Please be aware that power cycling a machine that has not been shut down or reset gracefully can cause files to be lost and/or damaged.

Request IP Address allows a user to add n number of IP's to his server. Customer just has to mentionthe quantity of the IP with valid reason or justification and the IP's will get routed to his server.

4. Live Bandwidth monitoring as well as Past Bandwidth utilization Records Bandwidth report shows current usage and historical data. Current Usage shows the network usage of last 4 hours, 24 hours and for this month where as Historical Data shows the Network usage of past months.

5. KVMoIP request
KVMoIP (abbreviation for keyboard, video or visual display unit, mouse) is very useful feature which can be used when user is not able to access his/her server remotely. KVM over IP service connects a KVMoIP device directly to your server, so that you can access it as if you were connected directly.

6. ESDS Network Status
ESDS Network Status shows the current status of ESDS data center network in terms of latency to different geographical regions. ESDS believes in complete transparency and thus wants its clients to have access to its network status. The client can see the average latency to different data centers from ESDS data center and as well as its shows uptime of ESDS Network which uses BGP4 routing protocol with Cisco powered network devices. Client can view ESDS network status at any time without getting in touch with ESDS technical support by using E-Magic. This also becomes a useful tool when a client faces slowness while accessing his server in ESDS data center. In case of slowness issues, the first step of investigation is to check is the network latency and then server load. Clients can login to E-Magic and see current latency in ESDS network. If latency is normal, client or technical team can directly start looking into server performance issue or network latency at client side
