Solution Description

1. Web Server and Database server at DC and DR.

2. Data between DC and DR will be synchronized using the native tools of Microsoft like Database Mirroring and MSDeploy.

3. The Data Replication will be Asynchronous.

4. MSSQL Database will be mirrored between the DC and DR servers.

5. Web Server will be synchronized between DC and DR.

6. For Failover purpose a Load Balancer will be deployed.

7. All Internet Traffic for the Website will be directed to the Load Balancer.

8. “A” Record of the web site will point towards the Load Balancer.

9. Load Balancer will continuously check the links and the Applications Servers availability.

10. Whenever there is Web Server / Database Server or Link failure, all the traffic will be routed to the DR.
